When faced with a large research project, it is important to stay organized.  There are a number of free websites available that can help you keep your web resources organized and all in one place.

Symbaloo is dashboard that helps you organize web resources all in one place.

Live Binders allows you to create an online "binder" to organize your research.  
Pearltrees allows you to organize content around specific topics or interests.  You can collect webpages, notes, images, videos, and share them with other people, who can also contribute to the collection.
Pinterest is a virtual "inspiration board".  You can organize content and pin them to different boards.  Other people can also contribute to the same board.
Wakelet is a handy tool that allows you to save internet content all in one place.
